what happens when you put the 1st 2 sets 'out of group' using the out if group prefix?

or what happens if the first 2 sets are busy on a call?

does the last 3 sets ring [sequentialy]?

You have timer 36 for overflow to another set in the group and f.e. for external incoming call exist timer (External services/ trunk COS) for overflow to another destination (attendant, another set or group). I think in your case you have problem like this - some timer expired before call will be routed to 4 or 5th user in group.

Use supgpbx comand to monitor the state of the sets. You can read out who is on/off and who is in tur for next call and state of set.
