Some IP touch 4028/38 not working tftp no response

After upgrade from R11.2 l.230020.e to l.230025.c some IP touch 4028 & 38 sets are not working.

Looks like some sets are unable to take new binary version...

Can be a network issue where those phones are trying to download the new binary and just can't. Check for delay or try to discard by avoiding many jumps.

Other phones are working fine on same port. Can't be a network issue... No delay response in tftp server ping

maybe check the working vs not working phone settings for things like is lldp enabled differently, is vlan enabled differently.

Before upgrade sets are working fine no such changes..

Can you please check? The sentence it was working and nothing before we already know it and just because we ask to check even baby steps as are many times overseen and discarded but can actually be the root of your problems.

Yes. we have again checked it but issue remains the same.
Also I was Woking on OXE last 7 years so probably I checked all this baby steps before posting this issue

i had same problem in release 11.1 and solved when i enter "lanpbxbuild -auto" command.
it seem when update to release 11.1 or 11.2 lanpbx.cfg file need to update.

lanpbxbuild -auto was also tested but issue persist..

Is there any way to upgrade the binary manual with set without call server .looks binary corrupted for sets.
