OMNI PCX 4635VM to AVAYA Intuity Interchange Interfacing

Hello,
Need some Help!
Currently connecting a 4635VM system to Intuity Interchange 5.4 via OCTEL Analog connection. The problem we are having is once we set this up, the users on the 4635VM system must send a message thru the Interchange before they are recognized and a Intuity user can send to them. Is there a way from the 4635VM side to send entire user information to the Intuity Interchange? Are there any configuration notes available on interfacing the 4635VM to the Intuity Interchange? We are Alcatel-Lucent IT team asking these questions.

I did not understand everything regarding the information you want to send, and your interexchange ?
Thx

Ok let me try to explain.
I work for Alcatel-Lucent, former Lucent. I manage the AVAYA Intuity Interchange systems that allow messages to be forwwarded from 1 Intuity VM system to another via the IP Interchange network. One of my Interchange hubs I use OCTEL Analog connection instead of IP to allow ANYPATH VM systems to intergrate with my Intuity systems. A while back our team was asked to see if we could add a 4635VM system to the Interchange. I had a test 4635VM system set up at a former Alcatel site and used my Interchange hub that I have the OCTEL connection on to add this test 4635VM to it. We were successfull and were able to send messages out of the test 4635VM to my voice mailbox on my Intuity and were able to reply back, create and send, etc. between to the 2 machines The problem was that until the 4635VM user sent out a message first I was unable tosend to them first. Once they sent a message out then the link was established in the Interchange and 2 way sending, reply was allowed. The problem was that 4635 had to send out first. Now when we set up a new Alcatel-Lucent site using the PCX & 4635VM, a Intuity user can not forward a message to a 4635 user until that 4635 user sends out a message first. The problem I see going forward would be if a global message needed to get to all the users on the 4635VM side, unless they have used their mailbox to send out, a message coming from a intuity mailbox would fail. My question before was is there any command or push update that can be done from the 4635VM system to update the Interchange sytem. Note. when I add new Intuity's to the Interchange hubs I can do a force update from the Interchaneg hub I added the new Intuity too and it pulls all the users into the Interchange hub and allows message to be sent to 1 or all. I know I have typed a book here but maybe this might better explain what I was looking for. Also is there any documentation available for interfacing different Voicemail systems with the 4635VM system like this.

Yes Sr Cavagnaro - the irony of the situation did not go unnoticed by me either
Don't be offended Daniel - just a bit of banter
On your next post, we will issue you an eSR number for future reference for when you chase us weeks later for an update

Ok, I understand better your issue now.. But I never configured such things -with Avaya-
Could you try to trace and log the 4635 in here, while you try to send a message from the avaya to a mailbox that never sent out a message ?
