Hi everyone. Can the 7750 image be hosted on a PC based server? I ask because I ran across a device appearing as a 7750 that has TCP ports 135, 139 and 445 active. The timos image is c10.0.r5. Thanks for your feedback.

you probably can, alu have been running sims on pcs for a while but I've never seen it in the wild. The only official release is from SROS VM from release 12 up.

Yes, you can drop it in GNS3 a well. However, it will reboot every hour without a valid license... good news is that you can save your configuration.

As far as I know, it does not work.
No x86 images on the open marked.
I know, as you said as well, there is some special x86 systems running at Nokia LAB's.
When I asked Nokia about that in Antwerp a few years ago, they claimed it needed special PCI cards to run on x86 platform.

But hell, I've been wrong before

did anybody run release 14 VMs?
I cant get to configure mode or run any show commands? is something wrong with my VM, or I'm missing something?

I have the same issue, i cannot see configure command on vSROS 14 R1 and R2.

Anybody know how to fix this...

The latest vSR release that works for me in GNS3 is 13.0.R4. I'll try 14.0.R1 today.
