a got OmniStack LS 6224 and i want to update is firmware
but i dont know exactly how

i download the last firmware i can find "OS6200_v1.7.1.12"
Is there a newer ??

so i enter and i get what am i doing wrong ??

yes i did
But I found no explanation of what It is

and from what i read it is a type of terminal emulation
i try to download it but no luck

i use ubuntu and putty or cutecom is this good ?

do i need to send it as is or do i need to open it first ?

ok after a lot of time I upgraded successfully the firmware with aprogram named hyper terminal private edition
i neded to extricate a file named "software.img" from the zip file

and it work

so now i go back to the second problem
i try to add a user and get error
and to other commands as well
