Email Notification Central Services not working

Hello,
I don't get the email notification working in central services.

Set up the external smtp server adress in central services in many different ways like:
abcdefg.kasserver.com
or
abcdefg.kasserver.com:portnumber
or
abcdefg.external ip adress
or
abcdefg.external ip adress:portnumber

Filled in the username and password, added admin emailadress and ended with OK button.

After that i looked in the email notification setup an it says SUCCESSFULL

So I do the setup for email notification at the subscribers for missing calls and voicemail and try calling someones voicemail.
But no email notification was done.
So after that I take a look in Central Services again and it says ERROR

I Tried the external mailserver from the customer and different freemail providers like gmail, GMX, smart-mail.de and also different ports (25/465/587) but no success.
So what did I wrong ? Is there a problem with my IP Setup (see attachments)

OXO works with 820/086.001

I also have the same issue! Have you had any joy in fixing yours at all?

Actually managed to fix mine just after I posted. Incorrect SMTP address (one that HAD worked and now just doesn't!)

Happy to share my settings if that helps anyone?

Please trace SMTP. If you don't know how, take a look here viewtopic.php?f=320&t=25449
