OXO OTCC/AA

Hi,
We have an OXO 5.1 with ACD : 10 agents, 5 agent assistant and 1 supervisor.
There are 5 simultaneous agents logged in, the 6th agent is not be able to logged in?
In OMC, ACD,ACD set up, agents/supervisor : max is 5 only... i can not add 6th agent...
My question is the 10 agents (above) can be able to log in simultaneously?

same system: AA enabled:
CO line connected in AA is not releasing. BTD is ticked and debug labels are configured accordingly.
I've done exactly the same config in one of my installations CO line is releasing immediately...
