No incoming calls from OXO

Hi all
I have OXO R710 and Omnivista 4760
When i make report for incoming calls , I get only calls with duration 00:00 unanswerd call only.
I make many inbound calls to my OXO. then do complete sync OMV & OXO
by checking accounting application in OMV, i find only same incoming calls ( unanswerd ones only ) and all other in calls are don't appeare ????

I check all setting in OMV and there are n't any filter.
and in OXO there is no setting

in other side I get all outgoing calls

could any one help me?

where is the problem in OMV or OXO ???!!!

Hi

I modify users/details /Counting / Tracking from Outgoing calls to All Calls
then it works fine
