Could you please tell me if it's possible for 4059 attendant console to supervise equipment on another node?
And if it's possible what's needed?

Sorry for the late reply, but better late then never.
I don't know if there are system release requirements for this or not, but it is configurable in Actis. The following is from Actis, I have never used it.
Features for all areas
Centralized BLF
This facility is used to view the status of the objects (trunks, users) of a remote node.
Box checked: The centralized Busy Lamp Field facility is used. Check the box at the level of the nodes for which objects must be viewed on a centralized BLF in an homogeneous network. Actis positions the corresponding MAO para in the hardware.mao file.
