Pomoc Alcatel 4028 přes router (mapování portů)

Zdravím,
pracuji z domu a do práce jsem připojený přes internet. Používám Alcatel 4028.
Několik let jsem telefon používal, přes mapování portů. Stačilo na routeru povolit port 5001 a telefon fungoval výborně. Pak udělali upgrade ústředny a telefon se mi připojí do práce. Telefon funguje, ale nikoho neslyším i když běží hovor. Já slyším ty co mi volají, ale oni mě ně. Zkusil jsem povolit rozsah portu 1..65535. Ale stále nikoho neslyším a oni mě normálně.
Poradí někdo?

Hallo,
I work from home and my phone Alcatel 4028 is conected via internet to Employer.
Few years i was used map ports. In router I set port 5001 for IP with Alcatel 4028 in my network and all OK.
Now Alcatel upgrated server of my Employer.
My Alcatel 4028 can connect to my Employer, but i can not use Alcatel 4028.
I can make phone calls. Everyone can hear me, but I do not hear anybody.
Than i change map ports 1:65535 for Alcatel 4028 IP.
But no change. I can make phone calls. Everyone can hear me, but I do not hear anybody.
When I use Pimphony (software phone)
I can make phone calls. Everyone can hear me, and I do hear Everyone.

Sounds like an RTP issue. When you did the upgrade, something else changed? IP address of something? Another device?

No clue buddy...if we were to guess all languages people are from...would be a never end

After upgrade nothing changed. I dont hear nothnig (signals, warning, vopices), other functions are OK. Devices are not changed.

1) A few years everything worked with mapping port 5001.
2) Alcatel upgraded employer´s server. Did not change anything on the equipment.

10) I took the router to the employer and connected to the network. (LAN)
11) Phone is OK. I hear everything and everything works perfect.
