Hello Can any one explain me clearly what FREE DESKTOP does actually ??
Is this an Application or a new feature in Rel 8.0 ??

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some information about free desktop.
I see the post above but i don't find the hobbls's ppt in the pastebin.
If anyone got it are others documents I would be very interested.

It's an application which will allow you to move from set to another set and "login" so this set will be your new extension, something like ACD Agents do only without any CCD options.
