Analog-set not ringing anymore

Hi Guys,

one week ago, we upgradet a Oxo R600_15.4 to R600_20.3. Since this time the only 4095 in the system is not working correctly anymore. You can dial from it, but when you call it, it doesn't ring anymore. When lifting the telephone receiver you get the call. So only the signalling is not working.
The Easy telephone which is also connected to this 4095 is working completely normal.

On a Oxo R510_xxx everything works fine.

Can someone help me ?

Do you have connected the power supply to the mains outlet? Without power there are no ringing.

Yes, and i also checked the Power supply, it is working with 26,3V (Ger)...
I also tested another NEW one.

Check with another adapter and with another set. May be you have some national properties for wiring - 2 or 3 wire connection.
And about your first post - problem comes after upgrade? Before this adapter works fine? And how many adapters you use.

tried already 2 other adaptors... 1 old generation and 1 new generation. Still the same problem.
Also tried another telephone, and another fax machine. Changed the services, but nothing helped.

Yes, the problem came right after the update. There was a Faxmachine connected, and it received about 10min before the last fax.

On this Oxo we use 2 new Generation 4094, 3 old Gen. 4094 and 1 new/old 4095.

If you have TC80-ed5 (Noteworthy addresses) look at section Ringing stroke "Z behind UA" and compare with yours settings. May be some different. Or ASK Alcatel - may be sort of bug.

Hi Guys,

The Firmware 600_020.003 has a Bug. Analog plugwares 4095 as well as the new AP-50 don't work. Try a new Release.
