Hi All
i have config:
- OXE1 with CO trunk and ISDN trunk and extension 1000
- OXE2 with ISDN trunk connect to OXE1 and extension 2000
With CO trunk i have config with DISA function.
OXE1 and OXE2 can take and received the call via ISDN trunk
Customer call in to OXE1 via CO trunk with DISA function, customer hear voice guide and press extension 1000, it is work fine
And problem: Customer call in to OXE1 via CO trunk with DISA function, customer hear voice guide and press 2000, it is not work (with 2000 on OXE1 it is speed dialing with 2000 = 92000 with 9 is prefix access to ISDN trunk to OXE2)
I have trace T3 on OXE1 and cannot see the trace log, please help
Thanks
Cannot transit via E1-ISDN trunk
Re: Cannot transit via E1-ISDN trunk
1 - In Speed dial - item "barring" - checked?
2 - Specific telephone setvices - item "DISA dir.No." - declared number (some user)
3 - Public network COS from user declared in stage 2 - Speed dial allowed or not (92000 with 9 is prefix access to ISDN trunk to OXE2)?

3 - Public network COS from user declared in stage 2 - Speed dial allowed or not (92000 with 9 is prefix access to ISDN trunk to OXE2)?

Re: Cannot transit via E1-ISDN trunk
Hi
Barring = true
DISA dir.No = 2000
I have trace on OXE1 when customer hear voice guide and press extension OXE2, on the trace is silent, it mean the call not select the line of E1 trunk
I think when customer hear voice guide (DISA) and press extension of other site i think the OXE1 not understand about digit that customer press.
Please help

Re: Cannot transit via E1-ISDN trunk
If barring=true
I think DISA dir.No = 2000 - wrong management. In this item shall be declared user from OXE1. F.e. 1000.
When you dial 2000 after DISA - OXE1 will use Public Network COS from user declared in "DISA dir.No" (for checking SD forbiden or not).
I prefer to create fictive user without equipment f.e. 1999 with name DISA. And declare this number in "DISA dir.No".
Reason for this - you can use any real user number from OXE1, f.e. 1000 - but when after one year you delete user 1000 or change Public Network COS I think you can not remember that 1000 used in specific telephone services as DISA number.
