Pass QinQ between ports on OS6900

Hi All,
I'm using an OS6900-X20 to aggregate customer sites. The traffic is already coming in QinQ from these sites - I want to trunk/aggregate this traffic out an NNI on the OS6900.
Is a simple ethernet service with two NNIs using a range of SVLAN tags the way to accomplish this? Normally I bring QinQ traffic together on an SAS-7210 and use MPLS to send the traffic on its way, but in this case I need to use the 6900.
I'm looking at something like (assuming a single SVLAN of 999):
Service Name : JW Test
SVLAN : 999
NNI(s) : 1/19-20
SAP Id : No SAPs configured
Thanks,
JW
