hey Guys,
i've installed OTMS R2.2, OXE R11.2 and 8770 R3 all on ESXI 6.0

From 8770, synchronization of OXE is OK
But when trying to configure or synchronize OT from 8770, it fails, stating “ remote exception from OT : connection refused: connect."
of course, i've checked and verified that both root and otAdmin passwords are all OK
in the same vein, when i attempt to launch OTMS WBM, it attempts launching http://<OT FQDN>/WebAdmin and fails with error " this page cannot be displayed" don't know if both issues are somehow linked

Please Check if all SERVICES are running on OT, the command on 2.2 is SERVICES opentouchd
status.

So, if your start them all, your connection problems should be gone.
