Incoming call priority

We have a customer who receives calls on two attendant sets then overflows to a paralell hunt group with ten users, no problem.

Customer has an issue if they are on a second or third call, they cant transfer the first external call without answering the second and third calls. I know external calls have priority over internal calls, is there a way around this ?

Customer has two general resource keys on each set.

for the transfer you need a free General Resource key.
So you mast create a new one but remove the sign from the incoming field.

I thought it would be a resource key issue, not sure what you mean by removing sign from the incoming field though ?
can you explain ?

When you program a GR key, you tick box's depending on how you want it to act. you need to untick your incomming...

that is what i believe he means, but i havnt read any other posts but that one.
