I am here again!!! What is FCS error and why is it pointing to card 4?

Here is the error message:
FCS Errors Detected
Complex 0 (egress): Trap raised 1478 times; Last Trap 09/07/2016 00:51:28
Sources of egress err'd packets (from last trap): Card(s) 4

The recommendation is to reload the IOM/IMM during a maintenance window (use the command “tools perform card <slot> power-cycle") and if the errors are still being reported, get the IOM/IMM replaced.
