Accounting problem

Hi dear alcatel man
i have oxe with release 11 (k1.400.37) with 2 cpu 7-2 .
my problem is that when the cpua become main the billing application that work with ethernet just work for hours (maximum 1 day) after that in cpua i give incident 2663 with title " IPC Chorus err: appli SERV_APL oper 6 err -11 ". at first i think the problem was from billing application but it works fine with cpub and have no problem .
do you have any idea for this problem????

thats first thing that i check. no problem from free space.

Check if the real time accounting is set to a V24 port. If not needed disable it, if needed check if it is set to a good serial port

Perhaps try master copy from cpu a to cpu b and if still good then rebuild cpu a. Maybe problem with software load on CPU A. Have experienced issues even opentouch builds from the factory with some apps not working correctly and then a rebuild having to fix the issue.
