I've baught one 4038 (non EE) from a bankrupted company and I'm trying to use it.
But when I it comes to step 2/5 Network, it then show "failed" as message.
The 4038 FW are in v3.
Are the 4038 non EE not compabtible vith an OXE R11 ?

4038 non EE is compatible with R11.

check network settings.

In this menu I don't have all the options that are in the 4038EE v4 ones !
