transfer to internal number with message

Hello,
We have one OXO unit with answer machine and it says: for x press1 , for y press2...
The software is OMniPCX 10.2.18.1 with AA licence.
Customized main menu consisting of 2 levels and 10 choices per level, different services by day and by night.
Options available:
- Free dialling (the caller must enter an internal extension number).
- Transfer to a user (the caller is transferred to a predefined internal number).
- Transfer to operator.
- Information message.
- Record message (the caller must enter a voice mailbox number).
- Voice mailbox (the caller is connected to a predefined voice mailbox).
- General voice mailbox.
- Release the call (the application plays a “good-bye” message - which is customizable - then releases the call).
People are calling , speaking with X or Y, making first a selection.
It's very important to us to be capable to announce with a message that the call will be transferred to another number (internal number) in case the first number is busy or no answer.
Can I do that? In this moment for number busy or no answer the call is transferred to mailbox with a message.But I want to send the call to another number, not to end the call.
