I have OTBE Release 2.0.000.093.

I am trying to restore a backup taken from the same release to anothr hdd having the same release for the upgrade purpose on the safe side.
The backup restoration is stopped at

[15:47:07] > Restore NMC: To review configuration for "NMC Service Manager"

any hint on how to proceed further.

is your IP config and the FQDN the same for both sides?
Otherwise try restore with rehosting.

so far , there has been no error, it has just stopped at that point. How much time generally this process takes ? Our 8770 backup file size is 70 MB

the ip and the fqdn portion is correct , we have tallied.

How do u restore from rehosting ?

Restore with rehosting is another option in your 8770 Maintenance Application, applied for restoring a backup on a machine with different IP address and/or different FQDN.

There must be a log file created in the log folder of 8770 for a restoration.
Maybe there is a better understandable hint in there.
