MLAA Problem!

Hi,

Anybody Knows about the new MLAA of the OXO R.6, I have one installed, but the problem is, i need two physical operators. For example Ext. 1000 & 2000, if you dial xxxx0750 and you press 0 the MLAA have transfer to extension 1000... if you dial xxxx0752 and you press 0 The MLAA have transfer to extension 2000, that's the problem because in the configuration i put these order in MLAA window.

If anybody have information o manuals of that MLAA that be great.

I've never used it (new feature R.6) but I assume that you can have two AA menus and in the first one you can configure key 0 as transfer to subscriber/group 1000 and in the second one key 0 as transfer to subscriber/group 2000.

In the new MLAA you have a new window like a ACD window, i modified all parameters but it doesn't work. I see that if you make a change you need restart the pbx i don't know if that's normal but i will see if in the BPWS exist a new release and i will try with the new release. If i have good news i will post.

I have the solution, i reinstall all the MLAA and all is ok, It's very simple.
