Where is the parameter to change "timer" for call overflow of OT users.

Hello,
I am not sure if this is the right timer you are looking for.
If you go to a user in your OT config, and you select the tab Device, it should contain a parameter called Presentation timer.
This timer is used for overflow on no reply.
Maybe this helps.
