Agent in Absent Mode

Hi All:

When ext 1308( agent number 8548) is called internally it says Absence mode Shhhhhhhhhhhhh. I reset the phone and it fixed the issue but when she logged back into call center and out again, I get this text message when dialing 1308 AND 8548. I tried going into the mailbox key-> text -> but there is no way to turn off absence mode. Help Por Favor.

Note: We use AVST as the VM system.
