im intersting to know that has alcatel oxe any solution for call routing at onhook (not offhook)? my mean that when i hangup the call , it transfer to another number.

Not exist in Alcatel. Onhook=release.
You can press f.e. programmed key (select destination) and onhook (if transfer by no answer supported).
Strange requirement. After any calls - try to transfer call to another destination.

I had this request too, in my case was to transfer the call to a survey for example...

When I asked ALU for "call survey" feature they just quoted OTCS and said that a script needed to be written to do this .

We have done this a couple of times, using back to back trunks that play a incoming greeting guide or AA, but you need to press a button to start the process on the Contact Center phone!
"Be aware ask a stupid question without at least trying to find the answer first you may get a stupid answer....."
