access to enterprise portal

Hi,

We recently migrated our estate from Cisco to Alcatel-Lucent, how do we access updates and firmwares? The equipment is new and under warranty. Would this be through the enterprise portal? if so, how do we go about getting registered?

Go to the people who sold it to you. You need to be a Business Partner to access it
End users don't have access as you are not certified in the solution.
