Hi everyone,

We need to know if it is possible to change call distribution in attendant group. I mean, when you have attendant users over 4059EE inside a attendant group. When a call is ringing all the places sound at the same time. If possible to manage for example to sequential behaviour or circular? what is the way to manage that? I have tried to find in mgr->attendant->.... and I did not find that.

it can be Parallel or Statistic
Statistics: the attendant group calls are presented cyclically on the attendant who has been on standby longest.
