user cannot access private TG

hi,
i have release 11.0 oxe and have one private ABC-F TG.my problem is that the users cannot access to TG (After prefix - channel free), attendant can access this TG?Can any one help me?Thanks.

Check public category for that user and entity

Users cannot access - explain more exactly:
- user dial prefix and have info "forbidden"
- or user dial prefix and number and have "disconnect"?
Make t3 trace.
You can have some problem:
- access not authorized by COS (access COS, public network COS
- PBX send wrong called number (add installation number from user entity in front of really dialled number)

Yes, user dial prefix((After prefix - channel free) and number and have "disconnect", attendant dail prefix and number can access this TG.

Dear Sirs Thanks for your help, problem solved, access not authorized by connection COS.
