Hi All!
Will be the unanswered call to hunt group displayed in the unanswered call list?
Direct calls lights the Message lamp and are fixed in the list. But calls to hunt group doesn't.

what kind of hunt group is this? e.g in parallel groups there is no unanswered call because all the sets ring at the same time.
have you configured users to keep unanswered calls (Internal and External)?
one more thing hunt groups are configured so you do not have unanswered calls! Someone will answer.
