Hi,

I am using the CDRs for accounting, and I have used the CDRs from a ticket collector, downloading the files through ftp.
But this time The OXE has a "ticket extractor". Is it the same thing as a "ticket collector" ? Can I also use the CDRs from the extractor for accounting ?
Can I connect using ftp to the "ticket extractor" ?

I guess that you got an answer for your request , but anyway if this will help you, I can say that the Ticket Collector is a free app from ALU that can be used along with the CRI licence du generate advanced CCD report, and the TE is an licenced app from ALU with can be used to pull the CCD ticket form the OXE in order to populate an external cust database
please note the TE need the CRI licence as well
