Call Back of speed dial is not going to Avaya instead going to OXE

We have similar numbering plan in OXE and Avaya side

In OXE side :
Room user(7215)

In Avaya side:
Admin user(7215)

When i received a missed call from Avaya side 7215 i was trying to call back the same number from the call logs but call is going to OXE room user

i configured the Avaya Extension Number as speed dial prefix

how are you calling the same number from a Abb number??

this makes no sense... when #7 is the routing number and 7512 is the extension number in avaya... wth is 5 between them?

but anyway... the avaya pbx must send you the complete number for callback...

For call back - you need to have good calling number, not just 7512 (in this case you will have call back to local number):
- f.e. in External callback translation - create string - Basic number 7, delete 0, add# - in this case for not answered call from Avaya 7512 OXE will record number #7512 for callback.

No i tried still going to OXE side not to avaya side
