Hi all,

Just wondered if somebody can help.


Within CCS I have laid out my Navigator screen how I want it setup. I have saved the layout by clicking WINDOW - > SAVE THE DESKTOP

Now sometimes I loose my layout and all the stats pilots and routing pilots all appear on one navigator screen under a single tab. In the past all I have to do is goto WINDOW -> LOAD DESKTOP and this fixes the layout problem. For some reason my layout has gone funny and I cant restore from WINDOWS -> LOAD DESKTOP Within CCSupervision.


Does anybody know where this "Layout" is saved to / What file gets written to ?

it's saved to the pbx harddisk. take care that the right pbx is selected on logon, if you use multisite ccs.
