When attendant call internal called users don't see who is calling them.
Problem for attendant is that called user then will not answer.

If attendant transfer external to user, then external number is showing.

How to get attendant number to show when calling internal?

each attendant must have an individual attendant call prefix. if it doesnt exists, create it. in addition to this you have to create a phonebook entry according to the prefix.
