Hang up when i dial external no through ARS

I have two entity 1 & 2 and have ARS prefix

With entity 2 call working but with entity 1 when i try to dial any digit it showing please hang up

Entity 2 :

01 :
02 : 2


Discriminator: 2

Area No : 1
ARS route list : 3



Discrminator : 1
Entity 1 :

Can anyone suggest what could be the issue ?

Do a lookars i command. There you will know what is wrong. Maybe your ARS prefix.

In ARS prefix - you have logical discriminator (I think 2 in your case).
In this case you need to manage:
Entity 2/discriminator selector - 2 (log)=2(real)
Entity 1/discriminator selector - 2(log) !!! = 1(real) (if you want to use different rules for user entity 1 dialling).

As vad wrote, you have your ARS prefix pointed to logical discriminator 2.
As your entity 2 discriminator selector is configured log: 2 to real: 2, it is working. In your entity 1 discriminator selector is configured log: 1 to real: 1, but you don't have ARS prefix pointed to logical discriminator 1. Change your configuration on entity 1 discriminator selector as log: 2 to real: 1.
Then, users from entity 1 use real discriminator 1 and users from entity 2 use real discriminator 2, with the same ARS prefix that is pointed to logical discriminator 2.
It is the same vad wrote, but in different explanation.
