Hello,

I've a problem, to set up my Lab OT R2.3 with current hotfixes.
I started from scratch and configured everything, how it is in the manual.
When I try to make a LDAP sync from OV8770 R2.3 (Patch T) it fails with some error about webservice. The logfile states a 500 soap error.
Even right from the start, if I made a reset-firstsetup, this sync fails.
After that failed sync, I can't open the network tree in the Devices/Application anymore. As long as the OT is just declared and not synced, it shows me the tree.

Looks like a bug? What do you think?

Hello Mario,

it is a random bug still under investigation, hotfix will be available soon.
I opened a service request for this and this was the answer:

Could you check the following file: /opt/Alcatel-Lucent/version.txt
At the beginning of the file you should find :

------------------------------
Product : OpenTouch™ Multimedia Services 2.3
Version : 13.0.013.002+
------------------------------

So Remove the « + » to have :

------------------------------
Product : OpenTouch™ Multimedia Services 2.3
Version : 13.0.013.002
------------------------------

Check with the command “getVersion” that the result is correct without “+”.
Then restart the OT server.

you do not mean that seriously?
In fact: yes I had realised that additional plus and wondered, why - I thought it stands for the installed hotfixes. Never thought, that this single character would cost me a week of troubleshooting on my own.
