wrong timezone with Outlook Plugin

Hello,
I have a problem with our Outlook plugin we are using with Citrix.
OTMS is 2.1.1 - 10.0.000.052
Outlook Plugin is 2.10.9
When creating a new conference with Outlook in a Citrix session the timezone is always UTC+02:00 Athen. But it should be UTC+01:00 Berlin.
The timezone Berlin is everywhere configured correctly. On the domain controllers, the OTMS, the FlexLMs, the Citrix server.
With a PC or laptop we don't have those issues with same windows users. Here the timezone is the correct one, Berlin.
I tried several permissions for a test user, also local administrator, but without positive affect.
Can anybody please help me with this problem? Or give me some hints, where to look at?
