Outgoing SIP call cancels after 4 seconds if ringing message is not recieved back, Can this be extended to 8 seconds?

Our Omni 4760i is sending a cancel message if it doesn't receive a ringing message within 4 seconds of sending the initial invite message. If the ringing message is received before 4 seconds after the initial invite then the call works, otherwise after waiting 4 seconds the phone system sends a cancel and then uses a backup ISDN service to make the outgoing call. Can we adjust it from 4 secs to 8 secs? We cant seem to find what setting we need to change to adjust this.
