Eva tool not accessible

I was using appliance server OXE release 11.1

I was not able to access the Eva_tool and its showing error

file /DHS3data/mao/eva.cfg not found when I give the command

Also I m getting the incidents

4645 - installed, works? Before - Eva tool works?

Yes Mr.vad it was happened when try to delete mailbox for users through Evatool now it was automatically resolved what could be the root cause ?
