OXE add digit to number

Could you please advise >?
Prefix number for OXE is 9
now for make extrenal call i need dial 9 9 ( and 7 digit number 1234567 )
where i can add one digit ( 9 ) between prefix and number?

In the route under digit to add, put the secondary 9 there

Thanks for quick answer!
I change setting is ars -
TRANLSATOR - ARS - 1 - ARS route list - - ars route - digits to add - 9
and after that when i dial 9 and 7 digits of landline - i hear voice
the number dialed is not authorized
if i dial 9 and 9 and 7 digits external call is ok.
i need to dial only 9 and 7 digits to call outside.

And also after configuring ARS my incoming calls from e1 TG stops on cisco router with error.

So ok.
now its working with ARS.
But now all incoming calls from e1 trunk group comes to OXE and forwarding back in trunk
I call 4272745 from land line
router convert this number to DID number 275 and send in trunk.
OXE see call from e1 trunk add 9 to number 275 and send - 9275 back in a trunk .
so its a loop until all channels in TG finish

ARS is for outgoing calls only, not incoming
Check your rules

If you hear the message the call is not authorized then you need to ensure the area is authorized in your access cos, assigned to the set doing the dialing and the rule defined in the discriminator rules, make sure you have a time based route list for your route.
