I have warning message in 6900

2017 Aug 20 06:26:04 (none) swlogd: ipni dos warning(4) VRF 0: DoS type unicast dest-ip/multicast-mac from 192.168.20.5/5c:f3:fc:e8:0d:d8 on port 1/1/16.

What is the root cause will it create any impact on network

all is written in the message - which client (mac, ip, port) is the root of this message. Normaly there is no impact. mostly this is a normal client or server. You can check with wireshark (if the messages are there often) which mc traffic is the reason.

I have the same warning, but is constant with many client.
ipni dos warning(4) VRF 0: DoS type multicast-mismatch from 10.50.55.101/20:a6c7:24:02 on port 1/1/49
ipni dos warning(4) to 224.0.0.251/00:01:60:5e:00:fb.
this traffic is from access point

any tips on how to get rid of it?

probably "no swlog output console" will stop this and everything else

maybe ; swlog appid ipni subapp dos level off/info
