Hi,
I have Alcatel - lucent " 4018 " telephone system managed by " NMC 4760 " - the button of voice mail always showing red light, cause of i have " 1 " call back when i press this button trying to delete this call back i have the message of " call back feature rejected " . I have tried to change the rights of telephone from " NMC " but nothing happen

Yes I have not answered calls back request from this time I can't delete notification of call back on voicemail button and always shows red light.
