I have OXE when room user(Analog) or admin user(8028) call to other admin user(8028) before answering it should show name and post answer it should show number but is that possible ?

As of right now it was showing number first after answered the call it showing the name.

When an extension calls another one, you should see first name , last nam, and extension number.

Use a 8038 and the issue will disappear the 8028 screen doesnt have enough lines to be able to show everything

Customer needs before answering the call name to be shown after answered it should the number

Then open a ticket with Alcatel Lucent enterprise, or get a phone with more lines
