Alcatel Unleashed

i've uploaded a VG and it is 06.40 minutes long when the VG is assigned to a number it plays successfully but at the 5 minute mark the call drops.
Is there a limit on how long a VG can be, the timer is correct etc? Thinking I will have to chain them together.
Thoughts?

MOH, all good finally found a fix, system ---> timers --> 282. extended it out and tested ok.
