Hello,
I have configured access to MeetMe service for externall callers via DISA.
People who were called to DISA external number input DISA secret code and after trought automatic substitution get access to input MeetMe prefix code and password.
Now after peopel were inputed MeetMe prefix and any four-digit password can access to conference.
Can you suggest to me where I can setup password for every MeetMe prefixes which I created in system?

No reason to create many meet-me prefixes. For meet-me password - you can manage only length.
1st person dial meet-me prefix + any four digits - he create conference. If someone dial the same code - he enter in the same conference.
If someone make mistake during password dialing - he enter in another conference (create new).
