Greetings!!!

I have installed new otms server with external flexlmon vmware, however i am facing resolution issue with reverse DNS of flexlm server.

I have checked the nslookup with DNS administrator & able to resolve the forward as well as reverse name of flexlm still getting error in checkdns.

Checked the hosts files its properly configured, tried to running firstsetup.sh still not working could you pls help.

So if you do a nslookup on the OTMS server can you resolve the name of the flexlm server via name and ip address?

I am able to resolve it by name.....

but not with ipaddress?

I am able to resolve it by name as well IP address...

please post the error message (the output of checkdns).

Issue is occurred due to incompatible version of flexlm installed on-site

Compatible version of flexlm has been installed & issue get's resloved
