OXE Rainbow hybrid

Gentlemen, I am trying to assess OXE/Rainbow integration and some feedback on the following topics would be appreciated:
1. DR-Link recording on OXE with Rainbow client initiated or answered call, client to client call? (any experience with this? - I have learned that REX with DISA is used, so theoretically this should be possible)
2. CSTA call control from 3rd application (e.g. Genesys) possible with Rainbow client? (any experience with this? - in theory and with some practice that we have with Genesys with REX this should be also possible)
