OXE refuses to play dyn VG when DDI comes from 4645

Hello,
We have a scenario where DDI number rings to VM4645 autoattendant menu.
In the menu you choose and then the call is delivered to an entity.
In the entity we have day and night.
at day call arrives to huntgroup of stations = working is OK
but
at night call should arrive at dyn VG but there the OXE refuses and give a voicemessage that the destination is not reachable and hangsup.
In all differnent scenario's we tried the dyn VG will be played correct BUT only when we start with the DDI to ring at an VM4645 autoatt menubox is goes wrong.
Any advise would be appreciated.
