I have some of my users that are complaining about that problem : When they receive a call and accept it, they place it on Call waiting and seconds after it's calling back.

Do you know the treshold that i can configure to make it last about 5 minutes ?

Are anything that would stop it ?

the function that they're using is for transfer only.
better use the function "manual hold". if activated the user have to press the display-key (upper left or right key).
