Pimphony Internal error (29)

Hi everybody,

I installed Pimphony v.6.0 and I can't start the application. The configurator works properly, but as I type in my password in the login screen I get an Internal error (29) message.

I have a LenovoR60 laptop with win xp.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Try it reinstall the software, and you can restart you password in your Subscriber list, when you run the wizard in pimphony in the window appear your extension???... Look it, if it doesn't work you need try in other PC....

Thank you for yout reply.
I tried to reinstall the software, and the wizard works apparently as it should. I cannot change the password, however (I use the default 1515).

But when I try to log in from the application I get the error message

I tried on a PC from a colleague and it didn't work either.
Next try will be updating the software of the PBX.
