Hi,

When we are connecting the E0 port of crystal CPU7-2 to a switch ( Juniper EX4300 ) , there is no connectivity on the network and also the Eth light of CPU does not light on.

But when a laptop is connected to E0 port , then we are able to access the CPU and also if the laptop is connected directly to the switch port, it gets connected to the LAN network.

It has been tried with other ports of the switch also, but the situation is the same.

Hi,

May be you need a cross cable with the E0 port.
On the CBRMA/Connecting box you can use jumper to cross the ethernet port.
